Dig The Well - A Prenatal Workshop for Postpartum Wellbeing

FALL DATES:

Saturdays,

October 17 // December 5

10am-3pm

(with a 1 hr lunch break)

PRIVATE LOCATION in SOUTH AUSTIN

Prepare for postpartum like the sacred transition it is.

Most people spend their whole pregnancy preparing for birth…which lasts hours or days…but very little time or energy preparing for what comes after—the rest of your life (aka: postpartum).

The postpartum period isn’t just about caring for a newborn. It’s about centering and caring for a new mother who is healing physically, adjusting emotionally, and stepping into a profound life transition.

When we prepare ahead of time, we create:

  • more rest and recovery

  • more confidence and trust in your body and intuition

  • more support and less overwhelm

  • a gentler transition into parenthood

This is what it means to dig the well before you’re thirsty..
